सर्व विद्यार्थी सुरक्षा योजनेला महाराष्ट्र राज्यामध्ये प्रारंभ झाला आहे. विद्यार्थ्यांना आरोग्य,जीवन, आणि शिक्षणामध्ये आर्थिक सुरक्षा देण्यासाठी "सर्व विद्यार्थी सुरक्षा योजना" आपल्या महाराष्ट्र राज्यामध्ये Vasro Ventures pvt ltd यांच्या मार्फत सुरू करण्यात आली आहे. "सर्व विद्यार्थी सुरक्षा योजना" राज्यातील प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्यास आरोग्य, जीवन, व शिक्षणामध्ये आर्थिक सुरक्षा प्रदान करेल असा मानस कंपनीचे डायरेक्टर श्री. विरेंद्र गायकवाड यांनी व्यक्त केला आहे. तसेच राज्यातील गरीब विद्यार्थ्यांना शाळेत जाण्यासाठी "सर्व विद्यार्थी सुरक्षा योजना" सुरु केली आहे. या योजनेमुळे कुठलेही विद्यार्थी शिक्षणापासून वंचित राहणार नाही हा ध्यास मनाशी बाळगून श्री. गायकवाड यांनी योजनेला प्रारंभ केला आहे.
या योजनेअंतर्गत राज्यातील वय वर्षे 3 ते 18 वयोगटातील शिक्षण घेणाऱ्या सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांना लागू करण्यात येत आहे. यामध्ये शालेय शिक्षण विभाग, आदिवासी विकास विभाग, सामाजिक न्याय विभाग व खाजगी शिक्षण संस्था अशा सर्व विभागातील सर्व मान्यताप्राप्त शाळांमधील विद्यार्थ्यांचा समावेश करण्यात येणार आहे.
"Sarva Vidyarthi Suraksha Yojana" has been launched in the state of Maharashtra through Vasro Ventures pvt ltd to provide financial security to students in health, life and education. Shri. Virendra Gaikwad expressed, 'Sarva Vidyarthi Suraksha Yojana will provide financial security to every student in the state in health, life and education'. “Sarva Vidyarthi Suraksha Yojana” helps to poor students for schooling. Mr. Gaikwad has started the scheme, with the intention of not depriving any student of education.
The scheme is implementing all the students studying in the state between the ages of 3 and 18 years. This will include students from all recognized schools in all departments like School Education, Department of Tribal Development, Social Justice Department and Private Education Institute.
The scheme will provide health insurance of fifty thousands rupees per student, One Lakh rupees for personal accident protection and One Lakh rupees for parents as well as One Lakh rupees in case of permanent or partial disability in an accident.
या योजनेअंतर्गत प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्यास रुपये पन्नास हजार आरोग्य विमा, वैयक्तिक अपघात सुरक्षेसाठी प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्यास एक लाख रुपये व पालकास एक लाख रुपये सुरक्षा तसेच अपघातामध्ये कायम किंवा अर्ध अपंगत्व आल्यास रुपये एक लाख विमा कवच सुरक्षा दिली जाणार आहे. उच्च शिक्षणासाठी सात लक्ष पन्नास हजार रुपये पर्यंत विविध बँक तर्फे कर्ज सुविधा तसेच उच्च शिक्षणासाठी विविध शासकीय व खाजगी एनजीओ यांच्या मार्फत रुपये पन्नास हजार पर्यंत स्कॉलरशिप सर्व समाजातील विद्यार्थ्यास मिळणार आहे. आर्थिक दृष्ट्या दुर्बल घटकातील विद्यार्थ्यांना बारावी पास झाल्यानंतर अडीच हजार रुपये पर्यंत शिष्यवृत्ती देण्यात येणार आहे तसेच पालकांचा अपघाती मृत्यू झाल्यास पुढील शैक्षणिक फी रुपये एक लाख पर्यंत इन्शुरन्स कंपनी तर्फे भरली जाईल असे कंपनीचे डायरेक्टर श्री गायकवाड यांनी सांगितले आहे. विद्यार्थ्यांच्या सुरक्षे सहित विद्यार्थ्यांच्या भविष्याचा शिक्षणाचा विचार करून या योजनेचा प्रारंभ झाला आहे. सर्व विद्यार्थी सुरक्षा योजनेमध्ये महिला सशक्तिकरण याचा विचार करून मुलीचे उच्च शिक्षण वय वर्ष 25 पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर स्वतःच्या नव्याने सुरू होणाऱ्या व्यवसायासाठी रुपये दोन लाख पर्यंत कर्ज म्हणून मिळणार आहेत. तसेच, या योजनेअंतर्गत विद्यार्थ्यांना शासकीय कर्ज सुविधा, शैक्षणिक शिष्यवृत्ति सुविधा, शेती योजना यांचे मोफत मार्गदर्शन सुद्धा मिळणार आहे जेणेकरून विद्यार्थ्यांना भविष्यात शासकीय कर्ज, व्यवसाय मार्गदर्शन, स्कॉलरशिप मार्गदर्शन या संदर्भात सर्व माहिती उपलब्ध होणार आहे.
Students from all societies will get loan facility upto Seven Lakhs Fifty Thousands rupees for higher education through by various banks also, scholarship upto Fifty Thousand Rupees through various government and private NGOs for higher education. The company's director, Shri Gaikwad has said that students from economically weaker sections will be given scholarships upto rupees Two Thousands Five Hundred after passing class XII and the next educational fee will be paid by the insurance company in case of accidental death of parents. The scheme has been launched by considering the future of students including the safety of the students. Considering the empowerment of women in "Sarva Vidyarthi Suraksha Yojana", rupees Two Lakhs loan will be available for entrepreneurship after the age of 25. विद्यार्थी, शेतकरी, व उद्योजक यांच्यासाठी सर्वप्रकारचे शासकीय योजनेची माहिती तसेच महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकारतर्फे देण्यात येणाऱ्या सर्व प्रकारच्या तसेच विविध राष्ट्रीयीकृत एनजीओ यांच्या तर्फे देण्यात येणारा स्कॉलरशिप संदर्भात योग्य ते मार्गदर्शन मिळणार आहे. या योजनेअंतर्गत जे विद्यार्थी याचा लाभ घेतील त्यांना आयटीआय, डिप्लोमा मध्ये प्रवेश घेतल्यास रुपये 5000, तसेच नर्सिंग (ANM, GNM), हॉटेल मॅनेजमेंट, कौशल्य आधारित प्रशिक्षण संस्थेत प्रवेश घेतल्यास रुपये 5000 पर्यंत फी कंपनी मार्फत भरली जाईल. तसेच उच्च शिक्षणासाठी इंजिनीअरिंग, फार्मसी, मेडिकल मध्ये प्रवेश घेणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी कर्ज सुविधा व स्कॉलरशिप साठी मार्गदर्शन मिळणार आहे.
सर्व विद्यार्थी सुरक्षा योजना पात्रतेसाठी सदर कागदपत्र सादर करावी लागणार आहे. विद्यार्थ्याचे परिपूर्ण नाव, ई-मेल आयडी, मोबाईल नंबर, आधार कार्ड, वडिलांचे आधार कार्ड तसेच ओळखपत्र प्रमाणपत्र याची पूर्तता करावी लागणार आहे. तसेच योजनेसंदर्भात अधिक माहितीसाठी कंपनीचे अधिकृत संकेतस्थळ www.svsy.in वर जाऊन आपण भेट देऊ शकता. या योजनेअंतर्गत राज्यातील 4000 सुशिक्षित बेरोजगारांना काम करण्याची संधी निर्माण होणार आहे. या योजने अंतर्गत ट्रस्ट, एन.जी.ओ , किंवा मँनपावर मल्टीपरपज सारख्या संस्थांना काम करण्याची संधी उपलब्ध होणार आहे. ज्या संस्थांना या योजने अंतर्गत काम करायचे आहे त्यांनी संकेतस्थळावर जाऊन आपली नोंदणी करावी असे आवाहन योजनेचे डायरेक्टर श्री विरेंद्र गायकवाड यांनी केले आहे.
